Distributed Time-Stamping with Boomerang Onions

We propose a distributed time-stamping scheme in a system with anonymous
communication  based  on onion protocol. The system is fully distributed
and improves random witness technique by providing  anonymity  resistant
against traffic analysis with a relatively low communication overhead.
