The seminar is devoted to RFID technology and its security issues.
We focus on the recent advances in this area
reported during RFIDSec 2009.
We may also discuss recent papers -- for
source files see here.
Requirements:
presence.
a talk given on an assigned research adn development topic,
the talk must be given in English
the students are obliged to write in a collaborative way
a summary of all talks. The summary should:
be in English,
contain a concise and clear summary of key ideas
presented during the seminar,
should contain about 20-40 pages, font size 10pt, A4 page format.
Goals:
training in giving oral presentations,
learning rules for preparing slides,
developing skills of extracting essential ideas from scientific papers,
learning how to write in a collaborative way high quality
text on difficult topics.
The students are welcome to start their own R&D work during the seminar.
Discussions, critical evaluations, developing new ideas is
welcome!
Prerequisitives:
some knowledge on crypto, algorithms,
computer networks. No sophisticated knowledge in these areas is
required.
