Adversary immune data processing in ad hoc networks
- short description: fundamental research project on algorithmic techniques for ad hoc (wireless) networks. The main problem for data quality in these networks is ease of attacks due to radio communication on one hand and diverse limitations for securing the network.
- partner: Ben Gurion University of the Negev, research group led by Prof. Shlomi Dolev
-
project financed by NCN, Poland,
within Harmonia 4 Programme
Disability parking permit
- short description: the goal of the project is to provide a prototype of a parking permit for disabled persons. Major ideas have been described in white paper Disability Parking Permit - Lightweight but Trustworthy Identity Documents , M.Kutylowski, P.Lipiak, IEEE TRUSTID 2013
- project financed by PFRON, Poland
Optimizing access to radio channel in micronetworks
- short description: applied research project on optimizing usage of radio channel in small area radio networks. The project focus is on advanced algorithmic techniques on low levels of communication protocols in self-organizing ad hoc networks.

Remote elections, Platforma Obywatelska
- status: finished
- short description: our goal was to provide secure procedures and ballot encoding to ensure vote anonymity and results integrity. The elections took place in July and August 2013, the number of active voters of about 20K party members.
Self-organizing system of identification and authentication for cellular networks
- status: finished
- short description: developing techniques for identity handling in cellular networks in case of unavailability of the regular infrastructure. The project aims to make cellular telecommunication infrastructure more robust in case of environment disasters, terrorist attacks or severe infrastructure failures
- partner: DATAX
Detectors and sensors for measuring factors hazardous to environment - modeling and monitoring of threats
- short description:
designing new sensors, building a network of sensors, maintaining it, data aggregation, real-time diagnostics , and off-line data analysis.
our responsibility is to provide a intelligent application layer above physical communication for network managements that has to cope with anomalies, intrusions, failures, attempts to attack the network and manipulate the data - partners: consortium coordinated by Wroclaw University of Technology
- financed by: European Union via the European Regional Development Fund and the Polish state budget, Operational Programme Innovative Economy
- short description:
designing new sensors, building a network of sensors, maintaining it, data aggregation, real-time diagnostics , and off-line data analysis.
Proxy Re-Encryption: Theory and It's Applications (acting as an official foreign partner of the project)
- short description: the project devoted to proxy cryptographic techniques, joint work concerned developing signature schemes for special delegation purposes
- project run by: Zhejiang Gongshang University
- financed by: National Natural Science Foundation of China
Cryptographic techniques for e-government
